1. Are your products 100% natural?
ProDermique combines powerful plant extracts with biotech ingredients to deliver skincare solutions that are technologically advanced, safe and efficacious for you.
Our products are formulated with high quality active ingredients supported by scientific research and clinical results. We are dedicated to providing 100% vegan and plant-based products while taking consideration of the formula’s performance, sensory appeal and stability.
2. Do you test on animals?
ProDermique products are 100% cruelty-free and we do not use any animal ingredients, animal by-products, or any other animal-derived ingredients. We do not test our products on animals nor do we permit others to do so.
Before we consider entry into a new country, we extensively review the regulatory requirements to ensure that compulsory animal testing on our products is not required.
3. I have sensitive skin. Are your products safe to use?
Ocular irritation, and allergic patch tests are conducted for our products; and all formulas are checked against chemical, physical and microbiological parameters to ensure each one of the vegetal ingredients is safe for all skin types.
It is always recommended to do a patch test for compatibility if you have extremely sensitive and allergic skin.
4. What should I do if I find irritations and allergies after applying the products?
We avoid ingredients that may cause irritation, such as sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), parabens, paraffins, isothiazolinones, D.E.A and T.E.A.
In the unlikely event of irritations or allergies reactions, stop using and consult your physician immediately. However, ProDermique is not responsible for any fee for the related medical treatment. It is always recommended to do a patch test for compatibility if you have extremely sensitive and allergic skin.
Our products are made for topical and external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
5. Are your products safe for pregnant women and babies?
While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, our products have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding people. When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to perform a patch test before incorporating a new product into your routine or consult a physician.
6. Does your product have a shelf-life or expiration date?
The shelf life of our products is three years when unopened and stored at room temperature. After opening, we recommend that you finish using the product within 6 months for best results, while typically an open shelf life is 12 months.
7. How do I store your products?
We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
